The Catacombs Of Paris France

Since it is Halloween I thought it would be the perfect day to make today’s photo of the day the Catacombs Of Paris France. The catacombs from what I understand are where the bones of the dead ended up when they needed land from local cemeteries as Paris grew.

Basically, it is tunnels and tunnels under the city of Paris piled high with human bones. We took a guided tour of the catacombs which I highly recommend because they can be quite busy and the tour we took allowed us to go in before everyone else without having to wait in line.
